That it's 3 days after Christmas and I am 'holding' quite well. I
defiantly ate, but only did one big meal a day.. and no seconds. I really didn't have a big
hanker'n for sweets, but had a few. I also bought an at home
exercise bike (just a basic model) I'm
hoping to ride while the kid's watch cartoons (and lessen my time on the
Internet ha ha) I did 5min last and I find it really hurts my "bum bones" but I think if I start out slow I can build up a tolerance for it!!
