and down 5lbs.. 220 this morning.. whoot. (just one whoot, don't want to get too carried away!)
I think I am going to give Atikins a shot. Have never tried it, gotta try all the "diets" out there ya know! I'll still track calories on spark people, as I think I could very easily go overboard just eating meat and butter, lol!
I'll keep ya posted.. I know you'll be on the edge of your seats...
